This page explains how ItaloDocs uses cookies on italodocs.com: the technologies actually present on the site and how you can manage consent.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files the site may store on your device to remember preferences or essential functions. With your permission, similar analytics and advertising technologies may also be used.
Necessary cookies and technologies
These cookies enable essential ItaloDocs functions. They stay active and cannot be turned off in the preferences panel: • italodocs-locale: remembers the browsing language (IT/ES/EN). • italodocs-consent: stores your cookie choice (first-party, not an advertising cookie). • admin-panel session cookies when an administrator signs in. • local or session storage tied to operational navigation (for example request attribution or the confirmation message after submit). Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing, uploading a document, sending a request, receiving a quote or using essential services.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (ID G-ZELWM0Z9DQ) via the Google tag (gtag.js). We do not use Google Tag Manager. This tool helps us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Google may set its own cookies when you have granted analytics consent. We do not send name, email or phone as ordinary Analytics parameters.
Google Ads and advertising measurement
If you accept advertising cookies, we use Google Ads (ID AW-18389333846) to measure campaign performance, including — where applicable — a quote request conversion when a document was uploaded. With the same advertising consent, the Meta Pixel (ID 1089261590717481) may load for advertising measurement. Google or Meta may set their own cookies when you have granted advertising consent. We do not send name, email or phone as ordinary parameters to these tools.
Consent management
Before your choice, Google Consent Mode v2 stays denied for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. You can accept, reject or configure the optional categories (analytics and advertising). Optional categories are not pre-ticked as accepted. Your choice is stored in the first-party cookie italodocs-consent and restored on later visits. You can change it later via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
