Nature of the service
ItaloDocs provides private documentary support, administrative assistance, obtaining certificates/records, legalisation/apostille, sworn translations and operational support for Italian paperwork.
Not a public body
ItaloDocs is not an Italian public administration body, consulate, court or government entity. It does not issue public acts on its own. Documents, certificates, records, legalisations and apostilles are issued or applied by the competent authorities under applicable law.
No legal advice
ItaloDocs does not provide legal advice nor represent the client before authorities as a lawyer or legal representative, except for operational authorisations or delegations required for document management. Citizenship-related services are limited to documentary support, obtaining certificates, operational review and administrative assistance.
Quote request
An initial request does not oblige you to contract. Published prices may be indicative. A binding quote is provided in writing. Work begins only after quote acceptance and required conditions are met.
Documentation and delegations
Some services may require ID documents, prior certificates, signed delegations or authorisations. Without sufficient documentation, ItaloDocs may be unable to start or complete the service.
User responsibility
You declare that information is accurate, documents are authentic or as requested, you are authorised to submit them, and you will not use the service unlawfully.
Timeframes
Timelines may depend on municipalities, consulates, courts, public offices, translators or postal services. ItaloDocs does not guarantee third-party timelines.
Outcomes
ItaloDocs does not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties or public authorities.
Payments
Payment methods are stated in the quote. Partial or full payment may apply. Invoices follow provided tax details and applicable law.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds depend on progress, costs incurred, third-party payments, work performed and accepted quote terms.
Communications
You agree to receive operational/transactional communications by email, WhatsApp or other channels indicated in the form.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules where applicable.
Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to competent courts under applicable law; mandatory consumer forums are respected.
