Request certificates from the Municipality of Asti
Asti keeps its own portal (net.comune.asti.it) which, according to the Comune, issues digitally stamped registry and civil-status certificates, in addition to ANPR and requests by PEC or post to Servizi Demografici. If you are applying from abroad, ItaloDocs can file the request.

How do you request a certificate from the Municipality of Asti?
The official registry-certificates sheet of the City of Asti lists these channels: counter (appointment via the Comune's switchboard), PEC or mail to protocollo.comuneasti@pec.it, ordinary post to Comune di Asti – Servizi Demografici – P.za Catena n. 3, download from https://net.comune.asti.it/cmsasti/servizionline.aspx?S=400, and ANPR. Certificates requested on the online portals, the Comune says, are issued in real time; by post (electronic or ordinary) it indicates a guide time of 30 days from registration. Phone bookings are collected at the registry office in Via Edmondo De Amicis 8. The local portal also describes online issue of digitally stamped civil-status certificates for the holder or a household member.
Can it be requested online?
Yes: ANPR and Asti's portal. The official online list is mainly registry certificates (birth, marriage, residence, AIRE, civil status, household, etc.). The municipal portal also issues digitally stamped civil-status certificates. For extracts or full copies that circuit does not cover, use PEC, post or the counter; we do not invent a procedure the Comune does not describe.
What if you live outside Italy?
PEC or post to Servizi Demografici, with ID. Without SPID you cannot use the portals. The Comune places postal requests at about 30 days from registration. ItaloDocs files the application when you cannot sign in to the local portal or ANPR.
